Friendliness of hotel staff. Their ability to cope when their kitchen didn't work properly - no hot meals. This was not a problem, buffets were great. Good air-conditioning in rooms, was very hot day. Good service in restaurant.

The hotel was located on an industrial estate which was useful as there was a supermarket, petrol station and a number of restaurants in close proximity. The staff were helpful and friendly.
The room was quite small with the 3rd bed up and it was quite noisy.

Pet-friendly, large room with a private bathroom and a roll in shower, a hair dryer and bath sheets. Location so close to supermarket for essentials, and an E Leclerc grocery store.
